What I really like most about in our Makati City, there are lots of benefits given away to his community especially when it comes to education. (anu daw???hahaha)
The City Government together with our Mayor Jojo Binay(currentlyVICE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES!), lauched the free school supplies program in 1995 to all students enrolled in public school. Mayor Jun-Jun Binay replaced his dad and continued his program. Kaya hindi na ko magtataka kung may mga enrollees na taga ibang lugar gaya ng Taguig, Bicutan, Pasay at iba pang karatig pook..
During my elementary days walang ganito, so I decided to enrolled my eldest son Wesley for his kinder grade school sa Hen. Pio del Pilar Elementary School I. And last July, the school teachers requested all parents to come in and received the following supplies.
fabrics for blouse/polo and short/skirt (White polo's during Monday and Tuesday only.)
uniform pattern
fabrics w/Makati DepEd logo and buttons
workbooks (5pcs)
notebooks (5pcs)
pencils (2pcs)
Bag (1pc)

that's what I love about Makati too. Ramdam ng tao kung san napupunta ang tax kesa sa ibang lugar sa Pinas. Ang classic lang diyan, pag nagkapalit palit ng bag. hahah! magkakamuka kasi.
Ang cute ng eldest mo by the way (pwera usooog! hihihih!) =)
thanks kura... kaya naman kahit may kaya sa private mas pinili ko pang mgpublic kasi maganda din mga policies nila dito... ung smile ni kua mana sa smile ni mama hehehe
